The responsibilities I have as a crew member are to be thoughtful and help the community, help others, and treat others with respect. I also have to have something to value, like being thoughtful and caring. A way I can use my responsibilities to help me grow as a person is to always step up and maybe that can help the community, and take on challenges that could help them. Another way I can use them is to help me be more of a leader and guide others in everyday activities.
