Christine “Carrot” Masabo serves as the Community Engagement Coordinator at the Food Literacy Project. Originally from Rwanda, Christine brings a unique global perspective and a deep appreciation for the power of food to bring people together. She earned an Associate’s in Culinary Arts from Jefferson Community & Technical College and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from the University of Louisville. Christine is excited to help bring the Food Literacy Project’s mission to every corner of Louisville by engaging diverse communities, fostering lasting partnerships, and ensuring more people have the opportunity to connect with food, farming, and one another.
