“Starfruit” began as a Fall 2025 YCAP Crew Member and Peer Mentor and will continue her journey with The Food Literacy Project as a Spring 2026 YCAP Crew Member. She is interested in herbalism, and she wants to learn more about healthier options for herself and her family. She is excited about working as a team to help the community.
