Due to unforeseen and evolving circumstances beyond our control, we have suspended programming at the Shawnee People’s Garden at this time. This includes our participation as a 2023 Cultural Pass site — unfortunately, we cannot welcome guests to the farm this Thursday, June 22, or any of the following Thursdays until further notice.
We are incredibly grateful to our community partners and friends that have helped us continue our Youth Community Agriculture and Field-to-Fork programming without interruption: 5th Element Farm, the Shawnee Arts & Cultural Center, and the Hope Garden have been instrumental in making sure we can “Farm On!” this summer. We will continue to provide updates on Facebook and Instagram, including when we are able to welcome guests back to the farm. Please stay tuned!
