Taeci “Tractor” was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky. She graduated from the University of Louisville with a B.S. in Public Health in the spring of 2023. When she started as a spring intern, she was able to learn more about the organization and the great programs offered to the community. Many of these programs aligned with her own goals involving nutrition education, food justice, and improving a community’s health. Since joining the Food Literacy Project, she has learned various farming techniques and ways to educate youth about injustices. During off hours, Taeci enjoys playing video games, cooking, and roller skating when it’s sunny outside.
