Leticia “Lemon” was born in Lorain, Ohio moving to Louisville, Kentucky at 10 years old. She is studying to become a Paramedic and a Real Estate Agent. She got involved with FLP through family and quickly realized she’s a neighbor of the Shawnee People’s Garden. Since being with FLP, she is learning about food, farming, cooking, youth voice, youth education, and so much more! She is very passionate about the community, and the youth she works with. Leticia loves to learn and teach, and she thinks experience is the best teacher. She has found the parts of FLP that bring out the best in her and fit them into her everyday life. In her free time, Leticia loves to paint and hang out with her family.
