Learn about our Family Programs here.

Thank you for your interest in participating in our group experiential education program! Group programs are available Monday through Friday and some Saturdays, with a choice of program themes and activities. Programs typically last between three and four hours. As a nonprofit organization funded by donations and program fees, we request a contribution from all of our program participants. If paying a fee would prohibit your group’s participation, please call 502-491-0072 and ask about our Scholarship Program.

On the farm, your students will be engaged in hands-on learning through discovery and exploration. We pride ourselves on being able to tailor the field trip to the specific needs and interests of your class.

Booking a program involves two simple steps; just download the following forms and mail them to us.

You can choose from among 15 activities. While making your activity selections, please be sure to include any specific content areas you want us to address during the field trip — the more we know about what is happening in your classroom before and after the field trip, the better we can provide a relevant experience for your students.

Once we receive your completed Group Program Application and Activities Selection form, we will contact you to secure your program date(s) and activities. You will receive a confirmation packet from us that contains useful information to plan for the day at the farm. Once your program is booked, we hold this date for your group. Program cancellations fewer than 14 days from your field trip date will result in a $50 cancellation fee which will be billed to your group.
