How To Participate

Thank you for your interest in participating in our group experiential education program!

Your students will be engaged in hands-on learning through discovery and exploration. We pride ourselves on being able to tailor the field trip to the specific needs and interests of your class.

Booking a program involves two simple steps--both of which can be done electronically via this section of the website.

You can choose from among 15 activities. Our activities are tied to Kentucky's Core Content Guidelines. To view Core Content Connections, click here. While making your activity selections, please be sure to include any specific content areas you want us to address during the field trip--the more we know about what is happening in your classroom before and after the field trip, the better we can provide a relevent experience for your students.farmer on tractor

Once we receive your completed Group Program Application and Activities Selection form, we will contact you to secure your program date(s) and activities. You will receive a confirmation packet from us that contains useful information to plan for the day at the farm. Once your program is booked, we hold this date for your group. Program cancellations fewer than 14 days from your field trip date will result in a $50 cancellation fee which will be billed to your group.
